Group CEO
South African entrepreneur and business executive with extensive experience in logistics, commodities trading, mining support services, and supply chain development. Over the years, he has established himself as a dynamic leader with a strong focus on operational growth, strategic partnerships, and the development of integrated transport and commodity solutions.
Previously, he has been involved in the management and development of logistics operations supporting the mining, energy, and industrial sectors, with particular expertise in bulk commodity transportation, fleet operations, contract management, and business development.
As Chief Executive Officer of Nongalo, he leads the company’s strategic direction, operational expansion, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Under his leadership, the company continues to strengthen its position within the logistics and transport industry, focusing on reliability, service excellence, safety compliance, and innovative logistics solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the market.
Mr Lindani Ngubane
Group CFO
A finance and business management professional with experience in financial administration, corporate governance, budgeting, and operational financial control within the industrial, logistics, and transport sector.
Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in financial planning, cost management, reporting systems, and strategic financial oversight, contributing to the sustainable growth and operational stability of the businesses he has served.
With a solid understanding of the commercial and operational dynamics of the logistics industry, he plays a key role in ensuring effective resource allocation, financial compliance, and long-term business sustainability.
As Chief Financial Officer of Nongalo, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall financial function, maintaining sound financial governance and operational accountability.
Mr Nkululeko Mkhuma
Chief Operations Officer, Logistics
An experienced logistics and transport operations professional with a strong background in fleet management, bulk commodity transportation, and supply chain coordination within Southern Africa.
Over the course of his career, he has built a reputation for disciplined operational leadership, efficiency-driven planning, and the successful execution of high-volume logistical operations management.
His practical leadership style, combined with a hands-on understanding of trucking operations and supply chain systems, has enabled him to consistently improve productivity, turnaround times, and operational reliability.
As Operations Manager at Nongalo, he oversees day-to-day transport operations, fleet coordination, driver management processes, and client fulfilment strategies.
He plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining safety and compliance standards, as well as supporting the company’s continued growth within the logistics and commodities transport industry.
